Women are contributing to all aspects of Indiana government. While they differ in party affiliation, age, race, and occupation, they also share some common ground. Because of their successes in the political process, these women possess an understanding of the political process, a desire to improve this process and the ability to change it. Through a series of interviews the impact of women in today's (1988-present) Indiana government will be documented, focusing on where they are today, but also touching on the past and future.Honors CollegeThesis (B.?
