Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated fishing on the high seas: international law gaps and issues

In light of the problem of Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated fishing on the high seas, this thesis aims to analyze the gaps in international environmental law regarding IUU fishing in the high seas, and how those issues can be solved. This thesis presents flag State's jurisdiction but also several legal instruments as well as other solutions that could be useful for better regulation of fishing in the high seas, in order to avoid IUU fishing
