The aim of this literature review is to examine in detail the structure (architecture) of aid in Ethiopia´s health sector vis-à-vis the Paris declaration on aid coordination. The focus is giving a literature review on the previous and existing approaches to aid coordination by taking the Ethiopian health sector as a case in point. Significant number of literature have explained and elaborated on the issue and have contributed to give an overview of the challenges manifested in the Ethiopian health sector.
