Hearing impairment affects children each and every day. In the past, it was thought that children with hearing losses could not acquire the normal language that their hearing peers do. Now, however, with the help of new technology, current laws, and early intervention, children with hearing impairments can develop normal language. This paper will discuss early identification and intervention, current technology, and current laws all of which can lead to children with hearing impairment acquiring normal language.Honors CollegeThesis (B.?.
