My project outlines the frustrations and excitement of my summer study abroad trip to Monterrey, Mexico. It is a survival guide for college students who are about to embark on a similar trip. The booklet provides suggestions about foreign travel and covers the following topics: money, identification, weather, time, religion, stereotypes, taxis, the market, clubs, famous sites, history, the people of Mexico, pastimes, dances, and music. Since the guide is for the traveling student, it is written entirely in Spanish.Honors CollegeThesis (B.A.
