This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate, transformational leadership, and self-efficacy on the performance of Bank BPD DIY Syariah employees. The research is quantitative, the research population is operational employees. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Research through the distribution of questionnaires, primary data using 56 questionnaires. The data analysis method of this research is multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 25. Simultaneous results of organizational climate variables, transformational leadership, self-efficacy affect employee performance.
