ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MINAT NASABAH BANK SYARIAH MENGGUNAKAN MOBILE BANKING PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI JAWA TIMUR

In the current limited situation of covid-19, it encourages people to take advantage of and see the importance of technological progress for the survival of life. One example of collaboration between technological advances and the banking industry is the existence of mobile banking facilities to support the convenience of customer transactions. This should be an opportunity to Islamic banking industry to optimize its performance in the digital banking world. This study aims to prove the adoption of the use of Islamic bank mobile banking during the COVID-19 pandemic in East Java by using the UTAUT2 theory. Sampling was done by distributing questionnaires through google form. In this study using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique resulted in 125 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model and Partial Least Square test models with SmartPLS3 software. The results obtained are that among the 7 variables that have been tested only 1 variable has a negative effect on the adoption of the use of Islamic mobile banking, namely the price value, while other variables such as: performance expectations, effort expectations, social factors, facility conditions, motivation hedonic, and habits have a positive effect on the adoption of the use of Islamic bank mobile banking during the covid-19 pandemic in East Java
