This research is motivated by the phenomenon of sharing (sharing parenting), namely the behavior of parents sharing detailed information about children through social media. This study aims to determine the motives of millennial parents to share, how to share and how to share with parents. This study uses the theory of Maja Sonne Damkjaer (2018) about communicative orientation which characterizes the Parents' Approach to Sharenting and Anna Brosch's theory (2018) about the sharenting dimension.
