PENGARUH KUANTITAS PENAWARAN SAHAM, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN NILAI PENAWARAN SAHAM TERHADAP RETURN PERUSAHAAN SAAT INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING (IPO) PADA PERUSAHAAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI INDEKS SAHAM SYARIAH INDONESIA (ISSI) PERIODE 2017-2018

Every company that wants to develop its company certainly requires a lot of funds. Many companies choose to do an Initial Public Offering to meet funding needs in developing their company. Because, the company considers this method is a cheap and effective way when compared to using other funding methods. Initial return is the return obtained from assets in the initial offering from the time it was purchased on the primary market until it was first registered on the secondary market. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence between the quantity of stock offerings, company size, and the value of the stock offer on company returns when conducting an initial public offering on companies listed on the Indonesia Syariah Stock Index for the 2017-2018 period. The results of this study are the variable quantity of stock offerings that have a significant positive effect on initial return.
