This research aims to: (1) The Effect of Self Regulated Learning-based strategy on the problem of simple harmonious motion material to the ability of the students and learning outcomes in SMA N 5 Yogyakarta, (2) Inscreased skills and learning outcomes of learnes in learning using Self Regulated Learning strategy based problem solving.
