This study aims to explain the influence of syariah competence, Islamic compensation and spiritual quotient on employee performance at Madina Syariah Bank in Yogyakarta. The dependent variabel in this study is employee performance. While the independent variables in this study are syaria competence, Islamic compensation and spiritual quotient. The population in this study were all employees of Madina Syariah Bank. The sampling method used was carried out through questionnaires and interviews. The analysis used is multiple linear regression techniques.
