Workplace spirituality has gained attention of researchers in last two decades. Material investment is no more considered to be an enough ingredient towards getting desired outcomes from the employees. Work Values is also taken into consideration by the culture, anthropology, sociology and organizational behavior research arenas. The present work is collaborating the two constructs in a moderation relationship to check their interactive effect on the job satisfaction of employees.
