International audienceNous ́etudions la validit ́e des mod'eles de r ́eaction-diffusion de type Fisher-KPP pour la simulation de migration de feuillets cellulaires. Pour cela, nous avons effectu ́e des observations exp ́erimentales sur les monocouches de cellules MDCK. Les videoscopies obtenues sont segment ́ees et binaris ́ees, permettant d'obtenir avec pr ́ecision les variations d'aire et les profils de fronts de cicatrice. Nous comparons les variations de fronts calcul ́es 'a celles des fronts exp ́erimentaux, apr'es une ́etape de calage de param'etres. Nous concluons que, selon l'existence d'activateurs ou d'inhibiteurs, les ́equations F-KPP peuvent bien, moyennement ou pas du tout mod ́eliser la dynamique de front de monocouches
