Using 281 pb-1 of data collected with the CLEO-c detector, we have measured branching fractions and efficiency-corrected absolutely-normalized differential decay rates, [special characters omitted], and the form factors, ƒ+(q 2), for the four semileptonic transitions D 0 → π-e+ν, D+ → π0e +ν, D0 → K -e+ν, and D + → [special characters omitted]. We measure ƒ+(0):Vcd(s): and, assuming the unitarity of the CKM matrix, ƒ+(0) for each mode separately and for isospin-conjugate pairs of modes. Also, our results include measurements of parameters describing the shape of the form factors in several models.
