International audienceCONTEXT:The reconstruction of evolutionary scenarios for whole genomesin terms of genome rearrangements is a fundamental problem in evolutionaryand comparative genomics. The DeCo algorithm, recently introducedby Berard et al., computes parsimonious evolutionary scenarios forgene adjacencies, from pairs of reconciled gene trees.
