Fortalecimiento del respeto como estrategia para promover el clima escolar y valores con estudiantes del grado quinto de primaria del Institución Educativa Rural Uveros

La presente investigación tiene como título “Fortalecimiento del respeto como estrategia para promover la convivencia con los estudiantes del grado quinto de primaria del Institución Educativa Rural Uveros”; ella tuvo como objetivo principal desarrollar una propuesta pedagógica para fortalecer el clima escolar y los valores en los estudiantes del grado quinto del Institución Educativa Rural Uveros. En el mismo contexto se buscó a través de estrategias pedagógicas ayudar a los estudiantes a llevar una sana convivencia entre ellos y con sus docentes. Como metodología se usaron talleres en los que se manejó la lúdica para llegar a la comprensión de los estudiantes y lograr así que sean puestas en práctica la temática abordada en cada taller. Lo anterior en base a qué se entiende que la sana convivencia es un factor determinante en la sociedad, teniendo en cuenta que la convivencia es el compartir con otras personas los espacios sociales, son las instituciones educativas uno de los principales entornos en que se da la convivencia, por lo que este es un tema importante para tener en cuenta y se considera significativo que los docentes busquen estrategias que fomenten la sana convivencia dentro de las instituciones educativas e inciten a sus pares a desarrollar actividades que logren ese objetivo El enfoque de la investigación fue cualitativo, en él nos acercamos a los sujetos de estudio en su ambiente natural dentro de la institución, haciendo que estos formaran parte integral de la investigación. Como resultado se obtuvo un gran interés por parte de los estudiantes en la participación activa de los talleres y se fundamentaron estrategias que permitieron crear el clima adecuado dentro de la institución, haciendo uso de la comunicación y el trabajo en equipo permitiendo así abrir una puerta a futuras investigaciones practicas sobre el tema a tratar.This research has the title "Strengthening respect as a strategy to promote coexistence with fifth grade students of the Rural Educational Institution Uveros"; her main objective will be to develop a pedagogical proposal to strengthen the school climate and values in fifth grade students of the Rural Educational Institution Uveros. This is based on the fact that we understand that healthy coexistence is a determining factor in society, taking into account that coexistence is sharing social spaces with other people, educational institutions are one of the main environments in which coexistence occurs. , so this is an important issue to take into account and it is considered significant that teachers seek strategies that promote healthy coexistence within educational institutions and encourage their peers to develop activities that achieve this objective. The research approach was qualitative, in it we approached the study subjects in their natural environment within the institution, making them an integral part of the research. As a result, a great interest was obtained on the part of the students in the active participation of the workshops and strategies were based that allowed to create the appropriate climate within the institution, making use of communication and teamwork, thus allowing to open a door to future practical research on the subject at hand.MaestríaMagíster en Ciencias de la Educació
