El proyecto de aula como estrategia pedagógica en el fortalecimiento de la comprensión lectora de los estudiantes

El proyecto de aula más allá de ser parte del proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje se convierte en la hoja de ruta del mismo, donde convergen elementos y características de todos los involucrados, se logra identificar las fortalezas del grupo y mediante herramientas de uso trasversal como la comprensión lectora, facilita la construcción de conocimientos por parte de los estudiantes. Así se realizó este estudio bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, con un tipo de investigación descriptiva. En cuanto al diseño de investigación fue necesario utilizar dos opciones con el fin de cumplir los objetivos propuestos, en primer lugar, un diseño no experimental y, por otra parte, el diseño preexperimental. La población fue de 391 estudiantes y 18 docentes, y la muestra de un grupo de 30 estudiantes y 12 docentes, con los que se realizaron las técnicas de investigación acorde a las necesidades del objetivo propuesto, siendo estas: encuesta, escala de actitudes, y experimentos, a fin de comprobar la variable establecida: proyecto de aula como estrategia pedagógica, abordando cada una de sus dimensiones: a) proceso de enseñanza a través del plan de aula; b) competencias de los docentes; c) metodología de los planes de aula. Se concluye que al interior de la Institución Educativa Policarpa Salavarrieta de Yopal Casanare; el grupo docente del área de lengua castellana hace grandes esfuerzos por fortalecer la estructura de pensamiento y las capacidades de sus estudiantes a través de los procesos y procedimientos de enseñanza-aprendizaje; es importante hacer los ajustes necesarios en los planes de aula, teniendo como elemento preponderante el contexto de los estudiantes y colocando en evidencia todas las competencias y formación del equipo docente.The classroom project, beyond being part of the teaching-learning process, becomes the roadmap of the same, where elements and characteristics of all those involved converge, it is possible to identify the strengths of the group and through tools of transversal use such as the Reading comprehension, facilitates the construction of knowledge by students. It is concluded that within the Policarpa Salavarrieta Educational Institution of Yopal Casanare; The teaching group of the Spanish language area makes great efforts to strengthen the structure of thought and the capacities of its students through the teaching-learning processes and procedures; It is important to make the necessary adjustments in the classroom plans, taking the context of the students as a preponderant element and highlighting all the skills and training of the teaching team.MaestríaMagíster en Administración y Planificación Educativ
