Context: the breech delivery is part of the midwife’s skills. This reputed presentation at risk requires the acquisition and maintenance of skills to ensure quality and safety of care. Objective: the objective of this study was to make an inventory of the practice of midwives in the Public Assistance of the Hospitals of Paris (AP-HP) concerning the breech delivery. Material and method: this quantitative, multi-centre study was conducted in a descriptive manner using an anonymous Microsoft Forms questionnaire, between October 2020 and January 2021.
