Renormalisation et désordre

This Thesis is devoted to the study of pinning models derived from the Poland-Scheraga model. The manuscript begins with a general presentation of the subject. This presentation has a dual purpose, as the manuscript aims to be read by two communities, it introduces concepts from the world of the physics of disordered systems and others from the one of probability. We then present the main results known on the Poland-Scheraga model and the Poland-Scheraga model a hierarchical diamond lattice. In the following, we develop a long study of a certain toy model (obtained by simplifying the Poland-Scheraga model on the diamond lattice) via two approaches. One, using a change of scale, is equivalent to studying a differential equation of a coalescence model. The other is more rigorous and was carried out with fellow mathematicians. Via both approaches, we have advanced in the understanding of the behavior of free energy near the critical surface as well as in the description of random trees present in our toy model.Cette thèse est consacrée à l’étude de modèles d’accrochage issue du modèle de Poland-Scheraga. Le manuscrit commence par une présentation générale du sujet. Cette présentation a un double objectif, le manuscrit ayant pour ambition d’être lu par deux communautés, elle introduit des concepts du monde de la physique des systèmes désordonnés et d’autres de celui des probabilités. Nous présentons ensuite les principaux résultats connus sur le modèle de Poland-Scheraga et du modèle de Poland-Scheraga un réseau hiérarchique en diamant. Dans la suite, nous développons une longue étude un certain modèle jouet (obtenu par simplification du modèle de Poland-Scheraga sur le réseau en diamant) via deux approches. L’une, à l’aide d’un changement d’échelle, est équivalente à l’étude d’une équation différentielle d'un modèle de coalescence. L’autre est plus rigoureuse et a été réalisé avec des collègues mathématiciens. Via les deux approches, nous avons avancé dans la compréhension du comportement de l’énergie libre proche de la surface critique ainsi que dans la description d’arbres aléatoires présents dans notre modèle jouet
