Students Mastery Of language Function

Studies on request strategy have been conducted for many years. Previous studies reported that many English learners have less pragmatic competence, which one of its examples is request strategy. This research discusses the students’ mastery of request strategy. The subjects of the research were the students who are majoring in English Language and Culture, Universitas Bunda Mulia Jakarta.
