We explain six aspects of the service leadership initiative for undergraduates at Lingnan University. The first comprises co-curricular service leadership through service-learning projects that we have embedded within seven different credit-bearing courses. The second is a comprehensive infrastructure for setting up and supporting such projects. The third is a set of templates that we developed as resources for students to undertake self-, peer-, and team-review exercises of their attempts to practice ten attributes of service leadership during the projects or practicums.
