Short sea shipping in relation with the Iberian Peninsula

[EN] This paper aims for an analysis of the actual situation of Spain in the matter of transportation, studies the impact of collaborating in the European plan of Short Sea Shipping and tries to show the challenges that the government of Spain has to face. In addition some policies will be studied like the TISP (Transport Infrastructures Strategic Plan) and the Marco polo program investments. To make all aforementioned possible, is mandatory to know the economic context and the actual situation.Roca Ventura, P. (2013).
