This is the third issue after the launch of the Journal of Asian Public Policy. This issue completed its editorial work when China was hosting the 29th Olympic Games in Beijing from August to September 2008. Preparing for eight years, the Beijing Olympic Organizing Team clearly demonstrated to the world a spectacular opening ceremony of the Games, many commentators and international media around the world had very positive feedback on the ability and the organization of the Beijing Olympic Games Organizing Committee.
