this article examines the issue of the impact of microfinance on beneficiaries who are excluded from accessing banking services. Based on a sample of 515 Moroccan beneficiaries and using a chi-square test and a probit model, the “with and without” evaluation method has shown that microfinance can participate in financial inclusion by offering appropriate financial services that meet the financial needs of excluded banks. In addition, it has proven that the positive and profound impact of microfinance can only be observed and appreciated on the well-beign of households and on micro-activity if there is a productive use of its services, a favorable economic environment and a financial education program.
