HUMANIZAÇÃO DA ENFERMAGEM EM CENTRO CIRÚRGICO: A IMPORTÂNCIA DO ENFERMEIRO

The nurse in the surgical center team prioritizes more bureaucratic and administrative functions in their daily lives, moving away from direct contact with the client and making it difficult to establish a dialogue and humanized care. Humanization establishes empathy with the client from admission to the end of their stay in the anesthetic recovery room. Thus, this study aims to analyze the importance of humanization in the operating room, focusing on the work of the nursing team. This is a Literature Review carried out through the selection of scientific articles published in the last ten years, available in the main databases in the health field, using specific descriptors as an inclusion criterion. The literature emphasizes the need for nurses to be always in search of new knowledge, seeking continuous education, with a view to qualifying assistance and sharing their knowledge with the work team, in a vision focused on the human being. The study also pointed out that the humanized role of nurses in the operating room is extremely relevant, as it allows directing assistance to physical and psychological comfort associated with the provision of care aimed at easing pain and suffering.O enfermeiro na equipe do centro cirúrgico prioriza funções mais burocráticas e administrativas em seu cotidiano, afastando-se do contato direto com o cliente e dificultando que se estabeleça um diálogo e um atendimento humanizado. A humanização estabelece a empatia com o cliente desde a sua admissão até o final da sua estadia na sala de recuperação anestésica. Assim, esse estudo tem o intuito de analisar a importância da humanização em centro cirúrgico, com foco no trabalho da equipe de enfermagem. Trata-se de uma Revisão de Literatura realizada através da seleção de artigos científicos publicados nos últimos dez anos, disponíveis nas principais bases de dados da área da saúde, usando-se descritores específicos como critério de inclusão. A literatura ressalta a necessidade do enfermeiro estar sempre em busca de novos conhecimentos, buscando uma educação continuada, com vistas a qualificar a assistência e partilhar seus conhecimentos com a equipe de trabalho, numa visão voltada para o ser humano. O estudo apontou também que a atuação humanizada do enfermeiro no centro cirúrgico é de extrema relevância, pois permite direcionar a assistência ao conforto físico e psicológico associada à prestação de cuidados que visam amenizar a dor e o sofrimento
