O DIREITO À SAÚDE, À EFETIVIDADE DO SERVIÇO E À QUALIDADE NO ACESSO ÀS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DE ATENÇÃO À SAÚDE DA MULHER

Objective: To understand the situation in women's health in Brazil, with regard to the realization of the right to health with a view to what is ensured in the Public Policies of Integral Attention to Women's Health (PAISM), through the National Policy of Integral health care of Woman (PNAISM). Methodology: This is an integrative review of the bibliography, in the period 2014 to 2018, through a survey of electronic data from the Virtual Health library (BVS-bireme), Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo), Lilacs and Google scholar. Results: The results suggest that the implementation of the women's health care policies is insufficient for the demand and the supply of the individual needs of each woman is deficient, especially if considered the group Ethnic institutions to which they are inserted. Conclusion: The study showed that although the National Politic of Women's Health care has the potential to offer a service in quality health and with a holistic approach, some factors such as structural problems and intrinsic aspects of both professionals responsible and the population itself end up interfering with this offer. Therefore, it is recommended to define good practices in the elaboration, implementation and evaluation of the programs and to reassess what is shared in order to identify possible issues to be improved and put into practice. It is suggested a better qualification of both professionals and the population itself through health education, and the breakdown of taboos and prejudices related mainly to elements such as the socioeconomic situation and the ethnic group to which these women are inserted.Objetivo: Compreender a situação em saúde da mulher, no Brasil, no que diz respeito à efetivação do direito à saúde com vistas ao que é assegurado nas Políticas Públicas de Atenção Integral à Saúde da Mulher (PAISM), por meio da Política Nacional de Atenção Integral à Saúde da Mulher (PNAISM).  Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo de revisão integrativa da bibliografia, no período de 2014 a 2018, através de um levantamento em base de dados eletrônicos da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS – BIREME), Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo), Lilacs e Google Acadêmico. Resultados: Os resultados encontrados sugerem que a implementação de Políticas de Atenção à Saúde da Mulher apresenta-se de forma insuficiente para a demanda e o suprimento das necessidades individuais de cada mulher é deficiente, principalmente se considerado o grupo étnico ao qual as mesmas estão inseridas. Conclusão: O estudo mostrou que embora a Política Nacional de Atenção à Saúde da Mulher tenha potencial para ofertar um serviço em saúde de qualidade e com abordagem holística, alguns fatores como problemas estruturais e aspectos intrínsecos tanto dos profissionais responsáveis quanto da própria população acabam interferindo nessa oferta; portanto, recomenda-se definir boas práticas na elaboração, implementação e avaliação dos programas e fazer uma reavaliação daquilo que é compartilhado de modo que se identifiquem possíveis questões a serem melhoradas e colocadas em prática. Sugere-se melhor capacitação tanto dos profissionais quanto da própria população por meio da educação em saúde, e da quebra de tabus e preconceitos relacionados principalmente a elementos como a situação socioeconômica e o grupo étnico no qual estas mulheres estão inseridas
