Objective: To understand the situation in women's health in Brazil, with regard to the realization of the right to health with a view to what is ensured in the Public Policies of Integral Attention to Women's Health (PAISM), through the National Policy of Integral health care of Woman (PNAISM). Methodology: This is an integrative review of the bibliography, in the period 2014 to 2018, through a survey of electronic data from the Virtual Health library (BVS-bireme), Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo), Lilacs and Google scholar.
