The aim of this work is to provide a dynamic and multi-layer model that enables the study of human centred systems. The _rst layer of this model is focused on individual behaviour by modelling dynamic relations that may exist between some psychological factors. This part is extended, in the second layer, to consider inter-worker social relations that influence the individual performance. The proposed model is based on graphical and mathematical modelling that is inspired from system dynamics domain. This modelling integrates positive and negative feed-backs. The model is also improved by integrating the real inaccuracy and vagueness of some behavioural aspects using a fuzzy sets based approach, fuzzy differential equations and fuzzy inferen...
