Abstract Early childhood caries (ECC) affects the 12% to 98% of the population and is associated with a negative impact on the infant"™s quality of life, even more so when it is not treated. ECC treatment aims to prevent further destruction of teeth, promote general health, and stop the disease process permanently. The objective of this article is to report a case of a comprehensive rehabilitation, in a single appointment, in a female preschool patient with ECC, from Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas province in Ecuador.
