Fertilizing power of olive pomace: Lens germination test

In Morocco, the olive tree is cultivated on a large part of the territory except in coastal and desert regions. And as in most olive-growing countries, this industry generates, in addition to oil as the main product, large quantities of by-products such as pomace and margins. The test conducted in this study revealed the agronomic quality of olive pomace. Indeed, the results obtained in terms of germination kinetics, vigor, and root development were satisfactory for moderate pomace concentrations (5% and 10%), which encourages the use of this pomace as an amendment
