It is obvious from both the quoted verses that the Glorious Quran is a reminder for all the worlds, and the only language that can be understood by everybody is the scientific language. This fact is substantiated by the second verse which states that everyone on earth shall know the truthfulness of the Glorious Quran after the completeness of its revelation. This can mainly be accomplished by proving the scientific precision of the Glorious Quran, which has to be accomplished through a definite set of 22 controlling factors summarized in this paper
