SYNTHESIS OF SOME ENAMINONE DERIVATIVES UNDER SOLVENT-FREE PROCESS

The reaction of β-diketones with DMF-DMA produces substituted enamines 15 used for the preparation of enaminones 17 under solvent-free conditions. All of enaminone derivatives present a trans conformation. This strategy is highly viable for future applications for the synthesis of thiazolidinone derivatives
