RESEACH IN QUINOXALINE SERIE : REACTIVITY OF 3- ETHOXYCARBONYLMETHYLENE-2-OXO-1-[3(5)-PHENYLPYRAZOL-5(3)- YL]-1,2,3,4-TETRAHYDROQUINOXALINE

La réactivité de la 3-éthoxycarbonylméthyléne-2-oxo-1-[3(5)-phénylpyrazol-5(3)-5- 1,2,3,4-tétrahydroquinoxaline a été examinée. Une réaction ultérieure avec l’acétyléne dicarboxylate d’éthyle conduit aux dérivés de l’aconitate-quinoxaline 6 et 7. La sulfuration du composé 4 donne le thioamide correspondant. La bromation conduit aux composés tribromés et monobromés 9 et 10.Reactivity of 3-ethoxycarbonylmethylene-2-oxo-1-[3(5)-phenylprazol-5(3)-yl]- 1,2,3,4-tatrahydro quinoxaline 4 was investigated. Further reaction with diethyl acetylene dicarboxylate (DEAD) 3 provided the quinoxaline-aconitate derivatives 6 and 7. the amide function of 4 was converted into thioamide by action of P2S5. The bromination of 4 afforded the tribrominated and monobrominated compounds 9 and 10. the tribrominated compound 9 was used as intermediate, leading to novel quinoxaline derivatives functionalized on α carbon of ester group
