These thesis works focus on the impact of Parallel Kinematic Machine tools architectures on the quality of the machined parts. The gain brought by parallel architecture in machine tools is mainly due to the high speeds and accelerations attainable. Nevertheless, the low mobile masses and the technological choices made for these machines design lead to structure deflections while machining. The consequences of these elastic deflections on the machined part are not negligible and have to be controlled. The static and dynamic behaviours of these machines are then studied with predictible models.
