PERAN SPORT RECREATION DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA SISWI MI ROUDLOTUL MUTA’ALLIMIN KEBONSARI SUKODADI LAMONGAN

Recreational sports are one type of sport that is used to fill spare time to relieve fatigue and boredom due to daily activities. The purpose of this research is to find out and prove that recreational sport which in fact is a sport activity that can play a role in the learning motivation of children aged approximately 10 to 12 years at MI Roudlotul Muta'allimin Kebonsari Sukodadi Lamongan consisting of grades IV, V, and VI with a total of 61 students. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely by collecting the results of the survey filling the questionnaire given and then taking the average value and the total global value of the answers that have been collected using the Likert scale. The percentage results from this study are seen from several factors that have been included in the questionnaire category, namely health aspects 14.8%, attention aspects 17.6%, interest aspects 11.6%, psychological aspects 11.7%, aspects of the way researchers explaining 11%, media aspects 17.5%, and environmental conditions aspects 13.9%. This study shows the results of the seven determined assessment indicators can be obtained a global score of 1,198 with a percentage score of 82.2%. When viewed from the assessment interval limit, it can be said that recreational sports can have a very good effect on increasing students' learning motivation. So it can be concluded that recreational sports are very influential on the level of students' learning motivation, which initially the students were bored with the lesson, but with recreational sports it can make students' motor conditions fresh again so that students do not feel bored anymore and learning motivation arises
