Developing Career Resources in Public Libraries

The term "career help" can encompass many things, including resume/cover letter workshops, online resources, courses taught by librarians or job fairs at the library. As of 2010, many libraries are engaging in one or more of these avenues, responding to an information need. This site seeks to give practicing librarians resources on why the library might want to get involved, examples of successful programs, avenues of funding and evaluation strategies.
