In the Federal Constitution it is clear that Education is a right for all and the protection of children and adolescents are the first for their development. The socio-educational process, through the Education of minors in conflict with the law, aims to activate the method of socialization, enriching the forms of social reintegration, forming a thought and attitude in relation to the surrounding reality. This article aims to discuss the role of Education in the rehabilitation of minor offenders in compliance with socio-educational measures in an open environment.
