Abstract

Background and Aim: Improving the perception of organizational justice in nurses can be a motivating factor for their quality of work life. Considering that organizational justice can be affected by various factors, so in the present study, the relationship between the perception of organizational justice with citizenship behavior and adaptive practice in nurses has been determined. Materials and Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was performed on 400 nurses in quota sampling in Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences in 2019.
