This work is based on Granovetter's perspective of embeddedness on labor market. In the domain of vocational and professional training, teachers have the opportunity to develop -or not- ties with people working in companies. They can be for example managers, engineers, technicians... teaching more or less often in their own specific training program or welcoming students on internships. In such cases, social relations developed by teachers and all the school's actors generate social capital usable by students.
