Sleep quality is an essential and critical process for improving one\u27s quality of life and well-being that profoundly affects everyday activities. Academic performance also plays an essential role in students\u27 lives. The aim of this study is to determine if there is a correlation between sleep quality and academic performance of Senior High School students (Grades 11 and 12) in De La Salle University - Integrated School Manila.
