Using Information Technology (IT) to gain competitive advantage has been long talked about in the MIS area. However, not much attention has been paid to whether (or how) the Internet can help non-profit organizations enhance their competitive advantage. This article tries to answer this question and further investigate possible use of the Internet in order to enhance competitive advantage in non-profit organizations.
