İŞLETMELERDE MALİYET ODAKLI PROJE YÖNETİM SÜRECİNİN ETKİLİLİĞİ

In the process of globalization, important distances have been taken in subjects pertaining toproject management in the scope of achieving and sustaining international development andeconomic growth. From the past to the present, projects which could be called outdated havebeen used and are still being used. Similar to all world countries, the disadvantages have beenexperienced due to this in our country, and it can be observed that the realized projects do notmeet the criteria of “Time, Cost and Scope”. Defects in relation to cost can cause greatdisadvantages for businesses. Not only companies but also workers and other stakeholders arealso adversely affected by this situation. With the recent changes happening in Turkey, outdatedproject management methods have been replaced by PMI (Project Management Institute) ProjectManagement Standards which have become the standard. In numerous fields many companieshave started to have CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and the need for managingprojects in this direction has emerged.
