STUDI PENERAPAN HANDOUT PADA STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN AKTIF TIPE KNOWLEDGE SHARING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 4 LEMBANG JAYA

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of mathematics learning for eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Lembang Jaya through the application of handouts to the active learning strategies of knowledge sharing type better than without handouts. The hypothesis in this study is the results of mathematics learning for eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Lembang Jaya by applying handouts to the active learning strategies of knowledge sharing type better than without handouts. This type of research is a quasi experiment. The population in this study was eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Lembang Jaya who were enrolled in the 2016/2017 school year. The sample in this study was class VIII.B as an experimental class with 25 students, and class VIII.A as a control class with 25 students. The data collection in this study used a test of learning outcomes in the form of 5 question items. Analysis of student learning outcomes data obtained tcount = 1.712 and ttable = 1.676, the hypothesis is accepted at the 95% confidence level. It can be concluded that the mathematics learning outcomes of Grade VIII students of SMPN 4 Lembang Jaya by applying handouts to the active learning strategies of knowledge sharing are better than without handouts
