National audienceFrench Massif central offers a large range of potential investigations with regard to human and environment interactions with erosion, during the Holocene and more specifically during the historical period. In Velay (south-west Massif central), the würmian periglacial formations cover the main part of slopes while the holocene terrains fill the valley bottoms.
