La gestión pedagógica docente a partir de la virtualidad

Educational virtuality has generated great challenges and opportunities for teaching pedagogical management. The objective of this research is to carry out an analysis of pedagogical management in virtual education scenarios, due to the great transformations caused by the pandemic, which brought with it new educational needs and demands. The theoretical method was applied and within it the analytical-synthetic method for the study of pedagogical management; likewise, the inductive-deductive method to reach specific and general conclusions of the topic addressed. It was concluded that teachers need to restructure and reinvent their ways of teaching from a reflective critical analysis of their pedagogical work; Likewise, keep in mind that all changes or new experiences are challenges and challenges that provide great opportunities for professional growth.La virtualidad educativa ha generado grandes desafíos y oportunidades a la gestión pedagógica docente. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis sobre la gestión pedagógica en escenarios de la educación virtual, debido a las grandes transformaciones ocasionados por la pandemia el cual trajo consigo nuevas necesidades y demandas educativas. Se aplicó el método teórico y dentro de ella el método analítico-sintético para el estudio de la gestión pedagógica; así mismo, el método inductivo-deductivo para llegar a conclusiones específicas y generales de la temática abordada. El estudio arribó a la conclusión que los docentes necesitan reestructurar y reinventar sus formas de enseñar a partir de un análisis crítico reflexivo sobre su labor pedagógica; así mismo, tener en cuenta que todo cambio o nuevas experiencias son retos y desafíos que brindan grandes oportunidades de crecimiento profesional
