The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between organizational commitment and the productivity of teachers from the professional careers of Civil Engineering and Architecture at the National University of San Martín, Tarapoto, Peru. For this, it was proposed that there is a significant correlation between both variables, and to demonstrate it, the design of descriptive-correlational nonexperimental research was used. To collect the data of the variables, the questionnaire and Liker scale were used, which contributed to the measurement of organizational behavior and productivity, respectively.
