The purpose of this article is to analyze the level of critical thinking of teachers for the presentation of a proposal for improvement, the study has been proposed as a descriptive - propositional type, non-experimental design, with a population of 100 teachers from the institution educational, a 23-question questionnaire was developed as an instrument, applied through a survey.
