With the recent rise of internet-based businesses within the confines of the Philippines, people started to pay closer attention to shipping costs and other completion concerns, which are variables that influence a consumer's perception prior to purchasing. This study aims to look at how shipping fees influence customer satisfaction, which in turn influences their online buying selections. To fulfill this purpose, a quantitative research study was used to monitor the purchasing decisions that were made by male and female consumers between the ages of 20 and 29 in the National Capital Region of the Philippines, with a sample size of 385 respondents.
