MAKNA TARIAN LIKURAI DALAM PERAYAAN EKARISTI BAGI ORANG MUDA KATOLIK DI STASI SANTO FRANSISCO MARCO DE FATIMA NAILERA PAROKI SANTO FRANSISKUS XAVERIUS BOLAN

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which Catholic Youth at St. Francisco Marco de Fatima Nailera understood the meaning of the Likurai Dance. in the celebration of the Eucharist. The method used by the author is a qualitative method that seeks to describe the situation as it is from the research site and formulate research results directly from the research site. Data collection tools are question sheets, observation sheets, and documentation studies. The results showed that the informants understood the meaning of the Likurai dance as a dance that only enlivened the Eucharistic Celebration, and also sent the priest and offerings to the Altar of God. To maintain OMK's interest in the Likurai dance, it is necessary to form a regional dance studio both in the school and church environment and also carry out socialization for Catholic children and young people, especially regarding the importance of preserving regional dances in Malaka
