In large cities, mammals move to green areas that provide resources. This ecological process in insectivorous bats has been little studied. We evaluated the habitat use of insectivorous bats at the university campus of La Molina (Lima, Peru). Echolocation signals were actively recorded in real time with an ultrasonic detector in 11 transects during the months of April and May 2018. Three variables were considered in the evaluated sites: the presence of potential refuges, the presence of bodies of water and the type of vertical cover (forest, border and prairie).
