Children with cancer will find it challenging to participate in social activities, especially outdoor ones. This can lead to poor interpersonal skills, loneliness, and low self-esteem. Children who are diagnosed with cancer, particularly a terminal form, have a variety of requirements, including the need to communicate and discuss, as well as the need for social support to aid in coping.
